The Nimitz Group has succeeded in the transfer of 500 acres of Mare Island from Lennar to Nimitz. I can only imagine how complicated the process was. Kudos to the Nimitz Group for going full steam ahead with the public process of meetings while gathering information from engineers, geologists, transportation and environmental experts.
